1. Products and Condition
1.1 Used Engines & Parts – All used engines and automotive parts are sold “as described”. Each item is inspected and tested for functionality before shipping, but due to the nature of used components, normal wear and cosmetic imperfections may be present.
1.2 New Aftermarket Accessories – All new accessories are sold as new and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
1.3 Compatibility – It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility with their vehicle before purchase. We can assist with guidance, but final responsibility rests with the buyer.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Payment must be made in full before shipping.
2.3 We accept secure payment methods as displayed on our website.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 We ship worldwide using reputable logistics partners, including DHL and UPS.
3.2 Shipping times vary by destination; estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
3.3 Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
3.4 Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Return Eligibility – Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for both used and new products, provided the item is in the same condition as received.
4.2 Return Shipping Costs – The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.
4.3 Refund Processing – Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.4 Non-Returnable Items – Special order items and products altered after delivery are non-returnable.
5. Warranty
5.1 Used engines and parts are sold without a warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
5.2 New aftermarket accessories may carry the manufacturer’s warranty; warranty claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s policy.
6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1 Seraphis LLC FZ is not responsible for installation errors, damage caused during installation, or misuse of products.
6.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
